About Helene Dina

Helene is a veteran digital strategist and trusted advisor to executives across operations and finance. Her expertise is helping companies with tech-savvy customers plan strategically, implement change successfully, and communicate to investors and directors with impact. In her consulting practice, she brings a unique operational perspective to strategy formulation and investor communications.

She has over 20 years of experience leading teams to launch new business initiatives, scale operations, and implement digital transformations. Clients include top Fortune 500 companies in entertainment, social media, online games, consumer products goods, retail, and pharmaceuticals. She has worked extensively with newly public companies to shape their investment narrative, create best-in-class investor communications programs, and navigate through special situations with IROs, CFOs, and CEOs. 

Helene has held senior executive positions at The Walt Disney Company, Disney-ABC Media Networks as well as with growth companies in online gaming, software, content creator-led entertainment, and video streaming services. 

Helene holds expertise in business strategy, digital business development, project management, and investor relations.

She began her career as a Management Consultant at Monitor Group, now part of Monitor Deloitte.

Helene holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in Los Angeles, California.
